Task#1.1 - Quick Plan

So, you're in a rush and feeling daunted by the Planning document that you didn't do at the beginning?
Don't panic, I'm here to help as always.
First things first, in your 'My Documents' folder I need you to create a folder called PLANNER.
Next step is to download both of these files into that folder FILE1 and FILE2.
Open the PLANNER folder and open the Excel
spreadsheet which will look something like this ....
What you then have to is fill in all the details that describe your web-site - it's pretty easy to follow. When you've finished, Save this file.
Now for the magic bit, open the WORD document that
you saved in the PLANNER folder, and you'll get a pop-up that looks like this...
Don't panic!!!, just click on OK and a word document will open which has been
partially filled in with all the details you entered on the Excel spreadsheet.
Nice isn't it?
This done by a process called MAIL MERGE and it can save you loads of time - if you want to know how to do this, just ask..
