OK, so now we're getting down to the detail of how development works.
As I said previously, you will need to produce a plan (using Word) which describes how your web-site is going to look. The specifics which need to be shown/described are
Page Layout
Target Audience
Number of Pages
A description on each page (including the Home Page)
Position of items on each page (Links, Images, Text, other controls)
A diagram showing how the pages will be linked together
The purpose of your design is to give your customer (and you) an idea of what your website needs to look like.

Once you've read and understood that, I would recommend that you use this TEMPLATE to produce your own plan.
