  • include graphics using more than one source (e.g. clip art, the WWW, scanner, digital camera, local media)
  • some formatting features, e.g. font style and size and paragraph justification will have been used
  • all documents will have been checked using a spelling checker (some errors may remain)…
  • final documents will be largely fit for purpose…

  • use of a range of software tools / facilities and these will have been used appropriately
  • some consistency to layout of the documents (there may be some exceptions) ...
  • grammar checks and edit documents to improve and correct them (only a few other errors may remain)…

a mail merged letter of several pages that:

  • include graphics from a wide range of sources
  • extensive use of a wide range of software tools / facilities
  • insert automatic fields including date and document information
  • design and use consistent house style (all documents have a theme, using logo, similar fonts, colours etc) ...
  • proof read so that they are virtually error-free
  • ...near professional standard
